Basic Order Agreement with NC3A

MarcTel-S.I.T. is the first company in Romania to sign a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA NC3A/BOA/11432 for “Engineering Services in Communications”) with the NATO Agency for Consultancy, Command and Control (NC3A) on January 18, 2005.
